What we are looking for:
- Track record of having a large impact on critical growth metrics
- Deep experience with developing, executing, & testing different growth experiments that have significant impact on acquisition, retention, and/or referrals.
- Obsessive around moving critical business metrics
- Consistent track record of making great decisions after weighing all the factors that must be considered (experience, brand, business impact, technical impact, etc.)
- Ability to analyze user data and extract business requirements from multiple stakeholders and transform them into usable and elegant product specifications
- Deep empathetic understanding of user experience and user research
- Strong technical background in product development and/or software development
Responsibilities of the role:
- Move growth metrics in the right direction (traffic, conversion, renewal, referral)
- Develop and maintain a growth product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, operations, & analytics
- Write detailed user stories, identify edge cases, and work with the engineering team to roll out features in an agile, continuous deployment environment
Who You Are:
- Love creating amazing consumer products
- 4+ years of previous experience in product management, software development, or growth product management
- Experience working on consumer-facing products
- Bachelor’s degree (degrees in engineering / CS is a major plus)
- Work full-time in our office
- Knowledge and passion for education, online experiences, and brand growth
