We will always strive to unpack the intangibles of the student experience, whether it is building learner choice into courses by giving them more control over their learning journey or or using new forms of teaching and adaptive learning tech - we take great care to ensure that they will ultimately serve you, rather than our own internal goal or bottom line.
When we build new learning experiences and applications, we believe that they should help you so well that you don’t have to consider how they might have been made or built differently.
2. It's the teacher that makes the difference. Not the classroom.
We believe that our teachers are the heart of Level Up Learning. Working with the right teachers in delivering world class learning experiences is the core of our promise in fulfilling our purpose.
Teachers are people to look up to and emulate. They inspire and they push us to be better.
Nearly everyone has a teacher (in many cases, quite a few teachers) who they admired and who provided them with an example of how to conduct themselves.
It’s interesting that so much public debate centers around celebrities, athletes and even politicians serving as role models.
The truth is, outside of their own home, one of the biggest role models in a young person’s life is standing at the front of the classroom.
And in our classroom, it's not about who's famous or popular. It's about who's the right person to learn from.

It's not how many learners we have onboard. It's not about how many people finish our learning experience.
One class can change your life. One lesson can shift your thinking.
It's about how much our learner is impacted by our product. It's about how they implement what they have learnt.
Impact will always be our North Star Metric - and we will always measure that by listening to our learner.
What our learners really need is a way get from Point A to Point B -
From their current reality to their desired reality—as quickly and efficiently as possible.
What they need is a transformation. We are that shortcut.

4. Learning Faster, Deeper and Cheaper.
There are situations and times in life where a person chooses not to pursue learning something because they don't have the time, energy or they simply can't afford it.
Our vision is to make learning seem as easy, affordable and entertaining as watching your favourite show or listening to your favourite music.
We believe it should be easy to consume. Fit into your life - at work or at home.
5. It is not about market share but sharing space in the hearts of our learners, teachers, team and partners.
Level Up Learning is a business. A business with a strong belief that we can make money without doing evil.
Every Employee, Teacher, Partner or Learner that has the opportunity to cross paths with us should share the underlying purpose and the passion for the problem that we are trying to solve.
